Frederick J. Getty
Being born and raised in New York, he enjoys a good argument and is a true trial attorney. His litigation experience is well rounded covering most facets of civil, criminal, corporate, divorce, and child custody litigation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mr. Getty has an extensive estate practice ranging from estate planning and advice to the creation of wills and trusts to probate, estate administration and litigation. He has obtained several personal injury verdicts of over one million dollars. He has argued and appeared in all Virginia Courts, from General District Courts through the Virginia Supreme Court.
Mr. Getty believes the key to effective legal representation is honesty with his clients and providing them with advantageous and realistic solutions.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Getty is also President of Wilderness Title, Inc., and Managing Member for several other title companies (Fredericksburg Elite Title, LLC, Clearview Title Company, LLC and Smith Mountain Home Title, LLC).

Brian A. Choisser
Since 2006, he has handled a wide array of cases and in a variety of different practice areas, including personal injury, divorce, child custody and support, civil, foster care, guardianship and conservatorship, and others. He also also drafted multiple appellate briefs filed in the Virginia Supreme Court and the Virginia Court of Appeals.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Choisser is heavily involved with the volunteer fire and rescue services in Culpeper County and enjoys the opportunity to serve and help his community. He is currently a firefighter with the Culpeper County Volunteer Fire Department (Company 1). He previously was a member with the Salem Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department (Company 8), where he held a number of administrative and operational positions, ranging from treasurer, vice president, assistant chief, and deputy chief. He is also an instructor and enjoys teaching new firefighters as part of the firefighter academy offered annually in Culpeper County.
